We understand that the sizing for BOOMBA inserts may be confusing for some and each body is different. Therefore, we are more than happy to offer a FREE sizing service via chat support/email/call/video call to have a look at your body via a clear photo or video alongside with your bust measurements to suggest a size that would best fit you. Please note that we are here with you every step of the way to ensure that the items bought will fit you well with this consultation service. We WILL NOT entertain customers that demand for an exchange due to incorrect sizes for hygiene reasons.
The return postage of the exchanged item(s) will be borne by customers and it is the duty of the customer to ensure all item(s) are sent back in their respective, original packaging with no signs of wear and tear to avoid rejection of exchange. Please allow up to 7-14 working days for returned item(s) to reach our office and for processing. Exchanged item(s) will be sent out free of charge and are only processed when we have successfully received the returned item(s). Please ensure to obtain and send us a ‘proof of postage' by indicating the courier company used and tracking number via email or direct message on social media. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Aimées Intimates.
