All Malaysia shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout based on your total order amount and your shipping address. Orders of RM500 and above (West Malaysia) and RM600 and above (East Malaysia) are eligible for FREE shipping.
For Singapore, FREE shipping are eligible for all orders of RM700 and above. However, standard shipping is capped at RM30 for all orders below the RM699 threshold, and EXPRESS SHIPPING option is available for RM60. All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee except address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.

We are open for self-collection at no charges for orders within Klang Valley only. Self-collection will be available after 8pm on weekdays, while collections on weekend and public holidays would have to schedule in advance (Kindly WhatsApp +60146284266). Self-collection points are available at Ampang Jaya and Bukit Jalil only. For collections in Bukit Jalil, kindly allow ONE working day for us to make the necessary arrangements.WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. You will receive an email notification when your order is confirmed and ready to be dispatched.
Backorders will take within 15-30 days to be fulfilled. However, due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of Covid-19, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive, you’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it’s on the way!
